As a school, we followed Brake's Road Safety awareness week (17th-21st November). The focus was 'Safe vehicles, save lives', focusing on the importance of making sure vehicles are safe in order to reduce the risk of accidents and protect us if we are in an accident. 

Our Green School Council led an assembly on road safety, focusing on the Green Cross Code (Stop, Look, Listen), teaching the whole school a road safety song. They created posters that were displayed around the school and on social media. 

We then had a 'Be Bright, Be Seen' day on the Friday, wearing clothes that were as bright as possible, focusing on the importance of wearing bright, light and reflective clothing when walking and cycling in the dark.
